Before beginning any toxin cleansing program, you will meet one-on-one with our Director of Physical Therapy, Nicole Blacher. With over 30 years of experience she has intimate knowledge of the challenges that accompany chronic illness. Together, you will develop a program that best suits your goals.
San Diego Toxin Cleansing Program
Our toxin cleansing program is completely customizable to your needs. The number of visits depends on the nature and duration of your problem, but for most, we estimate needing from 5 – 10 visits.
Step 1: We offer a free 15 minute phone call to answer your questions regarding our toxin cleansing program. This call walks you through the process, describes our offerings, and schedules your initial consultation appointment.
Step 2: At your initial consultation appointment, you will spend 30 minutes speaking with our Director of Physical Therapy, Nicole Blacher, to discuss your medical history and your goals. Together you will customize a program that provides you with maximum benefit including the recommended treatments, the estimated number of visits, and a recommended schedule. Note: This initial consultation appointment has a non-refundable $50 fee and will be applied to the cost of your first treatment appointment.
Step 3: Your treatment appointments begin. You can expect to spend anywhere from 45 – 60 minutes each time you visit. Please dress comfortably as some of the modalities will make you sweat.
Step 4: Continually evaluate progress and make changes or additions as necessary.

Infrared Sauna
30 Minutes – $70
Our skin is the largest eliminator of toxins from the body. Increased heat and sweating allow the pores to open and rid toxin accumulation and environmental pollutants from the body on a cellular level.
Far infrared waves penetrate deep into muscle tissue activating the release of toxins and heavy metals, which then travel via our lymphatic system out of the body. The waves increase metabolism and rid toxins more readily. The infrared sauna is also a great way to relax muscles, improve blood circulation, promote oxygenation of body tissues, increase your heart rate, cardiac output and metabolic rate, supporting metabolic waste elimination.
How to prepare: Be prepared to sweat! Bring a water bottle–we’re happy to refill it with our great tasting and healthy alkaline water. You may also want to bring some loose clothing and sandals to change into after your sauna session. Your sauna is in a private room where you can change and store your belongings.
NOTE: This treatment is not for anyone with pre-existing cardiac conditions (arrhythmia, congestive heart failure, uncontrolled hypertension, etc.), hyperthyroidism, acute infection/inflammation (presenting with a fever or other acute symptoms), acute thermal skin lesions (sunburn or other superficial burns), thermally-induced seizures/fainting, pregnancy or lack of thermosensitivity

Lymphatic Drainage Device
10 Minute Increments – $40
The lymphatic system is a network of vessels, organs and nodes that filter and purify our body. It eliminates toxins and keeps the immune system strong. Once the lymphatic system becomes congested and cannot clear fluids efficiently, illness, fatigue, weight gain, and cellulite can occur.
This cutting-edge technology helps break up congestion, removes inflammation, rids toxins, facilitates lymphatic drainage, and the removal of cellular waste products. Cupping Therapy
30 Minutes – $50
Cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique that uses decompression to lift and separate tissue, clearing lymphatic stagnation and cleansing the body on a cellular level by draining excess fluid and toxins.
Cupping is thought to stimulate the lymphatic system, an essential element of the body’s immune and detoxification system. By increasing lymphatic circulation, cupping can help speed up the removal of toxins accumulated in the lymph fluid.
Suction from cupping draws fluid into the treated area. This suction force expands and breaks open tiny blood vessels (capillaries) under your skin. Your body replenishes the cupped areas with healthier blood flow and stimulates proper and normal healing.

Exercise with Oxygen Therapy
15 Minute Increments – $30
EWOT is the practice of breathing high volumes of oxygen while exercising to increase the body’s oxygen demand. It increases cellular oxygen uptake by decreasing inflammation in the endothelial cells that line blood vessels. It helps the body detox bacteria and cellular waste and helps organs filter toxins more efficiently.
Normally when we breathe oxygen makes up just 21% of the air entering our lungs. With EWOT oxygen concentrations can be near 90% of the volume. This greatly increases oxygen saturation in the blood and pushes oxygen deeper into tissues. This allows cells to produce more energy and helps to rid the build-up of cellular toxins.
