With a specialty in both traditional medicine and holistic alternative medicine, our integrative primary care services do not solely rely on the structure of Western medicine. We have an array of alternative modalities that offer a holistic approach to healing that combines the best of traditional and complementary medicine.

Concierge Medicine Conditions

Our focus will provide the greatest benefit to the following areas:

Endocrinology: Optimal thyroid function, hormone balancing for improved energy, metabolism, sleep, and mood.

Metabolic conditions: Diabetes, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, lipid and glucose control, increasing metabolic response in general.

Anti-aging and Regenerative Therapy: Photobiomodulation therapy, state of the art red light laser therapy, ozone therapy, and we are always adding new devices to our practice.

Cardiovascular: Heart health, managing cholesterol and blood pressure, routine screenings.

Cognitive: Brain mapping to isolate/assess cognitive function and optimize cognitive health. Photobiomodulation and pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) as part of the therapy offerings.

Gastrointestinal: Real-time assessment of food sensitivities and allergies, weight maintenance, nutrient testing, and supplement optimization.

Concierge Membership Details

As a member of our concierge primary care program, you are entitled to:

• Accelerated access to in-office appointments
• Private dedicated office phone line and e-mail services
• Discounts on supplements offered by Gluten-Free Remedies
• Coordination of care: Arrangement of referrals and detailed coordination of care with specialists

The program does not include the following:

• The visit cost and cost for procedures
• The cost of lab tests
• Fee for medications, food supplements, or medical devices
• Emergency or urgent care
• Admission to hospitals and in-patient care
• Formal pain management
• Services by other providers

This program does not cover services offered by other providers such as chiropractors, gynecology, dermatology, or mental healthcare practitioners. These instances will be referred to each specialty. The program also does not cover services by other providers at IFSMED including Dr. Shikhman, physical therapists, acupuncturists, energy healers, and naturopaths.

Program fee and participation:

• Fees are $3,000 per year per person, which covers one (1) adult member’s membership for a year. You must pay in full at the time of enrollment an annual and non-refundable charge of $3,000.
• We reserve the right to decline your participation in the concierge program without any explanation.
• The concierge primary care and the existing concierge integrative rheumatology program with Dr. Shikhman are two different and non-overlapping programs.

Your Concierge Medicine Provider

Neenah Grade, Physician Assistant – Certified

With seven years of experience working at IFSMED, Neenah has helped hundreds of patients conquer their most challenging medical issues. As an excellent diagnostician, she has extensive knowledge on ordering specialty lab work and interpreting complex lab results. As a close mentee of Dr. Shikhman she has been able to pick up on valuable screening and treatment techniques to better manage a whole system treatment approach. She has a particular interest in longevity and anti aging health and making a person feel they can accomplish everything they need to during their day.

She started her career working in primary care and pain management, by shifting to work with Dr. Shikhman, she sees the disparity of care in a traditional versus integrative environment. With this rheumatology experience, Neenah has vast knowledge of the immune system and how it interconnects with other bodily systems to be a large driver of balance and overall health.

She received a Bachelor’s degree in genetics, cell, and molecular biology from Arizona State University before completing her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies at Arcadia University in Philadelphia.

Is your concierge primary care covered by insurance?
The initiation fee is not covered by insurance, but each visit, lab work, and other specialty testing will be billed under your insurance plan.

Do I need a referral to this office?
No, but we do a brief screening to ensure we are a right fit for your needs.

Are there any age restrictions?
Yes. In order to become a part of the concierge program you must be at least 18 years of age.
