Shipping and Delivery
IFSMED ships via U.S. Priority Mail®.
Shipping costs are calculated when you place your order, based on your location and the shipping origin of the items you have purchased. Your estimated shipping cost will always be as accurate as possible; however, we are unable to provide exact shipping costs until an order is placed. No shipment on Fridays.
Changing Shipping Methods
We regret that after an order has been placed, the shipping method cannot be changed. Please check your order carefully prior to submitting.
At this time, we only ship within the United States and Canada. Once the package leaves the US, the USPS no longer tracks the package.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We regret that we are unable to ship to more than one shipping address at this time. We suggest that you place multiple orders for items that you would like shipped to more than one address.
You will always be notified via email when your product ships. Please calculate expected time of receipt from the date that you receive the shipping notification email.
Shipping & Handling Included
“Shipping & Handling Included” means that the cost of shipping is incorporated into the purchase price of the item you are ordering. In some cases, if you decide to return an item with these costs included, certain price adjustments will be made in your return credit.
Additional Fee Delivery
Occasionally our delivery agents will require an additional fee from you if you require additional services upon delivery. An example would be if your product was being delivered over the threshold and you required the delivery agent to bring your product up a flight of stairs.
To track your order, refer to the tracking number provided in your Shipment Confirmation email. Enter the tracking number on the Web site of the designated carrier.
Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with our products and services. If for any reason you wish to return items you have ordered, please contact us. To maintain the quality and purity of products we provide to you, we can only accept returns made within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept supplements in open bottles or jars.
Call us at 858-794-9192 to inform us that you are returning your merchandise. Our hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Send us your product along with the original packing slip with the words "product return" written on the packing slip.
You may send the product using any carrier you wish. Postage for the return shipment is your responsibility. DO NOT SEND COLLECT. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Please allow at least 30 days to see the refund appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Returns with open bottles or jars, late returns (postmarked beyond the 30-day guarantee period), returns without an RMA#, returns sent Collect, and refused deliveries (for example, those marked as return-to-sender or refused cash-on-delivery orders,CODs) will not qualify for our money-back guarantee.
*Note: Shipping costs are not refundable, however any sales tax charged on the purchase of the product will be refunded.
